CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Florida Driver's License
Current Florida State License for Physical Therapy, Medicaid and NPI numbers preferred
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the supervision of PTA, therapy aide and PT field work intern. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, assist in hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; assist in appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, notes and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
